Our standard services include your own personal building consultant who works with you, at your pace, from start to finish. And, our prices include floor plan design and blueprints, delivery from the factory to your building lot, crane and set, taxes, plus interior and exterior finish work. Full disclosure on all costs associated with building your home are included in our standard pricing. We offer varying degrees of project management and can create the optimal menu of services that fit your needs and budget. Those with a DIY-nature find value in managing some of the work done at the site. Others find value in the experienced team at Connecticut Valley Homes managing more of the process. We use brand name materials with individual product guarantees and we include a 10 year warranty. A customer favorite is our one year check up included with each build.
